I have had a bad experience and will not shops with Stuart’s of London. I ordered size “large” which apparently is different from a US large. As a result I needed to do an exchange- at no point did the customer service reps express even a hint of sympathy from what was obviously frustrating- are British people different size? Why would I assume that?- then I had to send the items back to the UK to the tune of $40 and another shipment charge of $20 to get two of the three items sent back to me. The third item was not in stock. So I ended paying $60 in exchange shipping fees for about $150 in merchandise- absolutely absurd. And again the service reps expressed no sympathy for how undesirable of a situation that is
