I order a pair of Birkenstocks. They sent a pair of narrow shoes. I sent them back and gave clear instructions about the shoes I wanted to exchange for. Again, I received another narrow pair of Birkenstocks
To add insult to injury the shoes were ex-display seconds that had clearly been tries on over and over. I was mortified. Have sent them back and if they send the wrong shoes again I will be done with Stuarts London forever.
