Brands and selections on offer are excellent! However a very outdated returns process. It’s not a high street chain with lots of stores, hence you can’t pop into a store to try on a couple of pairs of shoes for size. If you order online, and they don’t fit, its a bit of a manual process to return for a full refund and returns are out of your own pocket.
Makes me think twice now to order shoes from here, as I don’t want to pay courier charges if the size is wrong or they just don’t look nice on foot.
