Order was easy and painless, shipping perfect, only problem concern was a blemish on the product purchased which was obviously seen by someone prior to shipping as someone tried to clean/repair but couldn't completely.
I suggested a return or a discount.... we agreed on a good discount and all is now resolved and I'm totally satisfied.
