My order was immediately acknowledged by email and delivered within a couple of days. Unfortumately the shoes were too small (even though they were the "right" size) so they had to be returned. No quibble full refund even though they were sale items. My only complaint is that I had to pay £8 return postage, which I feel is not reasonable as the shoes were too small - not my fault.
