Overall the service I received was very good, but I am putting just good for a couple of reasons (not because I am a grumpy old bag - as I just said, I found the service very good). This is an age of ecological and environmental awareness - we all recycle (most things) and loads of annoying people ride their bikes to save the sky etc. So I was a bit disappointed to see that you send my wallet in a massive A4 sized padded envelope! Don't worry, I will re-use it, but maybe a smaller one would've been more appropriate. Your delivery and dispatch was super speedy, and I loved how you kept me abridge of developments with emails charting the wallets progress. My only other slight grip was with the packaging around the actual wallet. I bought a Bellroy slimline wallet, as a present for my boyfriend for his birthday, and as such was a little disappointed to see that the little brown card envelope that it sits in is a bit ripped and battered around the top. Obviously the wallet is fine, and it may just be me being anal about it, but I had hoped it would be in perfect condition, as it was a gift. Overall though I was really pleased with the wallet and service, and would definitely shop with you guys again.
