Placed a couple of online orders from here, first one, no issues at all. 2nd order placed Sunday 07/08/22, currently been waiting since the start of the week, no sign of the item still. Meant to be Tracked 48 service. Not tracked 96! At the very least I expect postage charges to be refunded. All I get is an excuse that Royal Mail are having issues. I've heard nothing about this and other orders from elsewhere are arriving as normal. I'm disappointed in the service this time. Probably won't buy from here again in fairness. I really dislike being fobbed off with excuses.
I was told yesterday Friday 12th that a replacement would be sent out Tracked 24 service. You guessed it, due today and it's nowhere to be seen. Getting a bit mad now at this nonsense. I regret ever buying from these people. I've been given a £5 e-voucher to use on my account. What for? I'm never ever going to buy from here again so it's absolutely pointless crediting me that.
