Where do I start? I ordered a pair of boots from Stuart’s of London. They arrived with marks on each heel where a previous customer had kicked them off. I complained to Stuart’s who tried to pass this off as normal. See pictures and make up your own mind! I said these were unacceptable to me but would begrudgingly keep them if they were willing to offer a 10% discount. They did offer to exchange them but being so close to Xmas with lots of delivery delays due to postal strikes this wasn’t something I could accept. Stuart’s wouldn’t budge on a discount so I had no real option but to accept. They were pretty awful to deal with and tried to bully me into not writing this post, saying they would have me done for defamation! Now when you clearly state what happened factually they cannot do this. The fact that they tried to bully me and even said this is appalling. If you go on lots of review sites you will see that lots of other customers have had problems with them. I wish I’d of listened to other customers complaints. I will never ever use them again and would certainly never recommend them. Im sure Stuart’s will come on here with some kind of silly reply as I’ve seen on other review sites. All I can do is show you the pictures and tell you what happened factually.
