#176388 (WEB176388) I have not shopped at stuarts for some time, only because I have focused on other projects. I regularly used the online store a couple of years ago. When I revisited the site I was reminded what a great selection of labels you guys stock. I purchased my G9 harrington which was dispatched within hours and received the next working day. First class service once more. The negative side to the feedback I give was that I missed the opportunity to implement a 10% discount code. I realised this after my purchase and visited your site a couple of hours later and a banner popped up with the 'stuyf10' I emailed to try have this implemented on my order and received a once again efficient response informing me that this could not be done as my order had been dispatched. I feel a bit peeved off as had the banner come up when I made my order I would have saved about 25 quid on my order. I also thought that it was far from impossible to credit me with the discount value just because it had been dispatched. It would be nice to have this resolved as a gesture but understand if this is indeed irreversible and it definitely won't be stopping me shopping with you again it is just a situation that took the shine away from my shopping experience. thank you Chris
