Comunication via email on order, Royal Mail good service but not impressed with the internal packaging as shirt collar was flat felt like it had been previously tried on so that has let the purchase flat just like the collar. I have had a brutus shirt before and know that the standard should be better than this. Might return shirt due to this issue :-(
