Happy with the service, unfortunately the Birkenstocks were too small - my fault, I bought a half size smaller than usual. Yes, I had to pay postage to return them, but I knew this and it is to be expected from an independent company. Had they fitted they’d have been a bargain, and had they had my size in stock I believe I could have had a free return to exchange them. My refund went through promptly and communication was good.
