I've been shopping with this online retailer for many years. Excellent range of products, competetive prices, prompt delivery.
Just disappointed as recently joined loyalty reward scheme and advised by Customer Service that I could not add previous orders to my points- no explanation offered. Defeats the object of ' loyalty scheme'.
