I ordered a barbour Steve McQueen jacket online which subsequently could not be found in the store. Extremely frustrating, I would have given Stuart's top marks if you had offered me a replacement or sourced another jacket.
On the plus side, the refund was quick, and one of your team left a message on my answer phone saying there was a problem.
I would probably shop at Fussy Nation or Jules B nexttime.
Just being honest.
