Bag was promptly and properly delivered--no complaints there. Only issue: shipping discrepancies. The terms for US shipping are different (300 USD and 200 GBP are not the same). While customer service was quick to reply, they never truly solved the question. In the end, I was told I had free shipping and "should not worry" about the shipping cost listed on my purchase; it would go away. It did not. I was fine paying for shipping, but I wish it hadn't been such a long and confusing process!
