I have no problem with the order process or delivery of my item, but I would like to feed back on the quality of the product. The attached photo shows how the collar has bubbled unattractively after having been worn in a single rain shower, and the label inside says "Britain's Best Rainwear since 1937"!
It looks like what happens to a nasty, cheap suit when the glue comes away from the canvas underneath. Extremely disappointing for a product of this price and I won't be buying this brand again.
I have made this complaint to the manufacturer.
