I placed my order before 3pm with next day delivery on Tuesday. The parcel was not even sent out until the Wednesday which is when it should have been delivered.
I was given a full refund however when you need and are promised a parcel a specific day for which you have paid extra postage for that guarantee, a full refund was not really good enough.
I will not use Stuarts again and would recommend people try grants1856 instead.
