Stuarts charge too much for delivery
Should use a cheaper company such as Hermes
They do not offer free returns
When you return an item they deduct postage charge plus on top of that customer has to pay return postage
Sizing is rubbish
I've been wearing medium clothes all of my life. Bought a hugo boss zippy and it was very very baggy compared to normal clothes. This should have at least been stated in the description
