Your delivery company is letting you down. I'm still waiting for the goods to be delivered. If you have used Royal Mail, I could have picked my goods up as they weren't left as I wasn't in at the of first attempt to deliver them. I made arrangements for them to be re-delivered only to be let down. I have no idea what is happening.
I would now be reluctant to use you again.
