I was very unimpressed by their 'like this to receive £1 off your order' offer on the payment page.
I duly 'liked' and my like was visible on Facebook - yet did not receive £1 off. I emailed Stuarts to query this but their 'customer service manager' preferred to argue the point about why I would not get £1 off.
It's not a lot of money but it left a bad taste - it seems like a sneaky way to trick people into giving you free publicity.
