The sandals were delivered quickly but the wrong fitting so I have to return them. When I checked the web site it advertised free postage but when I looked to return them in the small print it tells me that if returned the free postage offer is rescinded and a charge for the outward postage will be deducted from my return. The offer of free postage is misleading and contrary to good practice (possibly law) . This should be made clear on the web site or the offer removed.
