£8.59 to return a top which was nothing like the colour on the website. Described as liquorice in colour, try dark brown. I don't mind paying for returns when asking for a refund, but to deduct money from my payment and pay for returns label totalling £8.59
Far to costly to use you again especially when the item was not as described.
