I ordered a pair of trousers - and made an online query which was answered almost immediately. Impressive! - which were despatched the same day and arrived the following day without any fuss or drama.
If the online photos had included pictures of the trousers on a model (preferably with some guide to the height/size of the model too) and perhaps some kind of description of the 'fit' (slim, straight, skinny etc) I would have added the final star to the rating.
