I should qualify why I feel Stuarts should receive a Very Poor rating from me.
It has nothing to do with the last items purchased, I am very happy with those thank you. This is to do with an item I purchased last year. A pair of Bass Wejjuns which due to what is, in my view, a manufacturing fault, unfit for use.
I mailed in and received a polite, quick response asking me to take photos of the item and send in, this gave me hope. However I responded later asking for the address to send the photos into to be told because of the time I had had the shoes there was no possibility of a replacement. I know I have had the shoes over a year, I also know I have had 6/7 pairs before none of which have had a problem ,i also know I have worn these shoes less than a dozen times and this should not happen. I would like to sent these shoes back to you for a judgement, after you have inspected them you can give me your view on if I am being fairly treated in this matter. Till that happens you can no longer count me as a customer.
