Shocking service!!!!
My item got sent to another customer and I received theirs, I understand mistakes happen but the real issues started from here. I was then asked to print out a postage label and take it to the nearest post office, which I did. Once at the post office the label provided wouldn't scan so called Stuarts who said we can send another that "should work". After printing another postage label and another 15 minutes walk, in the rain on my lunch break, the second one also didn't work. I told them i'd had enough and to arrange collection of the item, which they then refused to do. I then offered to pay for the postage myself and they could send me the money, they agreed and I was paid back the postage. Despite doing this and trying to help out my original item wasn't sent out until they had confirmation the wrong item was in the post and en route to the original customer before my item was sent out - 7 days late.
Still not received my item despite it apparently being on a pre 1pm guarantee.No discount or was offered whatsoever and it was expected that I waste my own time again and again. I honestly cannot believe the service from this company and will not be going no where near it again
