I could not edit my shipping address online. That's not very impressive, although most websites are faulty, I find. I had to get on the phone to sort it out. They publish a phone number, which is unusual. What is more, they answer the phone and help you, so they redeemed themselves. The goods arrived, no problem, and very nice too.
