The products were received in great condition and fast ! Through DHL, that was pleasing to see. However , a pair of shoes is too big and I need a smaller size ( a VERY common issue when shopping
shoes online ) however the return process is a nightmare , I need to fill out and print a form , then pay for a return label that costs more than the shoes itself , and ALSO pay for the new shipping ??? This company really need a better, cheaper and easier return policy if you want to succeed big time outside the UK
