I received the order quickly and it was complete, however, the pair of Grenson shoes I bought had several scratches, a bit disappointing. I also bought a shoe horn and it was really in a terrible state. The sample I received seemed used already and the hole on the handle appeared to be drilled or widened by something, plastic was pouring out and it was covered by black dirt. The appearance of this thing was really shockingly wrong!
