I have been a customer of your for many years and i think you have a great shop ... But this is the first time i have brought somethink on line and i was shocked to recsive my new jacket in the smallest parcel you could of got got it in to ... I was like it had been vacuum packed , I had it hanging but the creases are still in it and it looks flat as a pancake , Its a shame because it was a nice jacket however i will be returning it to your shop this week as i am local to you.
