Ordered a hooded top. Payment went through but was somehow missed and a week went by with no news. I contacted Stuart’s and advised them of the situation. The item was then sent to me. I understand that mistakes happen and am definitely not suggesting anything devious, however after such a long delay, I would have though at the very least, they could have upgraded my delivery to ensure the item was received as quickly as possible. After over a week of waiting, to be informed the item would be sent regular delivery and I would have to wait even longer was very very disappointing. Item and packaging were excellent and as expected, and to be fair communication was also excellent, once I informed them of the issue.
