This was the worst experience of my life. They promise you everything and once you sign that agreement you are "STUFFED" and there is nothing you can do about it as they hold all the cards. They are unreachable, don't keep you updated and informed and not interested in your complaints or queries at all, you just have to shut up and wait. They have trucks travelling to Cape Town every 3 days and my furniture to 3 weeks to get here. My family moved from JHB to CT and lived in an empty home with a cooler box as a fridge for 3 weeks while waiting for stuffy to deliver our furniture, I had paid half up front and it was agreed that I would pay the balance when the truck arrived, I was then told my furniture does not fit in the truck originally quoted for and I had to pay another R3000... I paid!!!Then on delivery day, I received a call to say that the truck is around the corner and will not arrive/deliver unless I pay the balance (agreement broken), I paid the balance and when the truck arrived, my furniture was on a trailer and not a truck as originally agreed and paid for. During offloading, I noticed a lot of my furniture had been damaged as well. I have shared my review with you but the choice is yours at the end of the day,
