DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are THE WORST. YOU WILL BE LUCKY TO RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS. They collect your stuff and then tell you that you need to pay more money before they will deliver. I paid up front in full. they collected less than what i paid . Once that was out the way i was promised delivery on the 5th Dec after collection was done on the 2nd Dec 2022. Then they disappear, you cannot get hold of them. they do no deliver. Then few days later have ridiculous excuses and then give you another delivery date. Only to once again not deliver. After threatening to go to the police if they dont give me tracking details of where my items are they send me false details of a truck that does not have my items on. I get told the truck is in George will be delivered to Cape Town afterwards, yet the truck was never in George and i am given details of a truck in Queenstown. Which again is false. Then i again waited another promised day for delivery by them and again nothing. I went to the police to open a case of theft and advised them. Nothing. Just told not to threaten them. Then again do not hear a thing for two weeks. Suddenly on the 31 Dec i get a call from the truck driver - which is independent of Stuffy logistics which only collected my items that week for delivery from Joburg to CT. I get told he is outside the house and delivering now. no warning or planning. I was away so asked if delivery can be done the next day only to be told my stuff will be taken back to Joburg and i can wait another month then. i made a plan got there received my items - bad state. boxes damaged. items damaged. put a claim thru to Stuffy Logistics and weeks later got told they dont cover my damaged items. they ignore you. dont read your messages and even when they do they dont respond. You can call them all day they dont answer. Random message will pop up and give you false date of delivery. just to keep you hanging. The boss who calls himself Joe was extremely rude and told me whether he is the boss or not - has nothing to do with me. They are terrible. DO NOT USE THEM.
