Stuhrling appears to be unable to return items after service under warranty, to European customers.
This means that once the watch has been serviced, it is sent to EU customs where the customs process fails due to lack of supporting documents and the watch is returned to Stuhrling.
I have been in this loop for more than 1.5 years and they just failed in their second attempt to return my watch.
My conclusion: Stuhrling are not able to deal with customers who live in the EU.
