The watch itself is a great time piece and very nice looking. What is most impressive to me is the fantastic customer support I received during the purchasing process and personal attention to resolve delivery issues of my watch (outside of Stuhring's delivery process). Based on my experience, I know there will be an entire staff of folks ready to resolve any issues that may arise in the future, absolutely fantastic customer support !!!
