I've purchased several watches in the past month for my wife and I. I've had to return two due to style or issue, but the staff has been punctual in responding back in a reasonable time from inquiry. A most excellent, professional trait.
I have not had the fortune of wearing either watch I purchased for myself as of yet, however, my wife loves her watch and says that my watches are great (and she has great taste).
I would recommend others to give Stuhrling a try.
