I have owned a Stuuhrling watch now for 6 years. The first time I tried to put the watch on my wrist I dropped the watch on a tile floor and cracked the crystal. I sent the watch back to Stuhrling with a note explaining what happened. They repaired the watch sent it back with no delays. A great company
