I recently purchased two watches; unfortunately the divers watch rotating bezel fell off after a few days which was very disappointing. I contacted Stuhrling who immediately agreed to despatch a replacement to Australia which arrived very quickly. I am very happy with the design and feel of the watch, and if the replacement remains serviceable I will be very pleased. I am certainly very impressed with the “no fuss” honouring of the Stuhrling warranty so far.
