The picture of the watch I bought does not do it justice, it's bigger and nicer in person. So far I've had very good results talkin to the customer service representatives of Stuhrling and they seem to be willing to make there customer's decision best for the buyer. I will definitely be purchasing another watch from Stuhrling.
