Got my 1st Stuhrling watch and was impressed with the packaging and watch itself. Unfortunately upon opening the watch to try it on, I noticed scratches on the clasp. I immediately contacted Stuhrling and they quickly sent me a new clasp. Not really a big deal since I had to go to a jeweler to size the watch and remove a few links, he also replaced the clasp for me. So watch is flawless now and I really love it. It’s so close in look to the Rolex mariner that many people glance at it a few times and comment on how beautiful it is. Thanks Stuhrling for great customer service
