Beautiful watch but terrible customer service. After owning it for only a few months one of the hands fell off. I had to pay $20 shipping to send the watch and another $20 shipping to get it back. You would think a company that sells watches for several hundred dollars would stand behind their product and pay for their defects instead of putting that burden on their customer. My next watch will not be a Stuhrling.
