I live in the Australian Capital Territory. My watch arrived in intact packaging but was defective - the hour and minute hands were loose and could not be adjusted. I contacted your office - Rebecca was most courteous and efficient in getting me a replacement via Fedex. The replacement watch has arrived, in perfect condition. It looks great and is most comfortable. Huge thanks to Rebecca in Customer Service. That’s how it should work! Happy 😊
