The watch band I ordered was nice quality. However, it was so poorly wrapped and it looked like the outer envelope had been run over. Consequently, the metal clasp was slightly tweaked. My husband straightened it out but for $34 you should not have to do this. I’ve bought Walmart quality products and did not have to tweak them. Very disappointing.
