A few years ago my sons gave me a watch for Christmas . It is beautiful, comfortable and added a touch of elegance. In two months I noticed a few loose pieces floating around in the works. An easy phone call, mail back for repair, and soon enough my watch was back in impeccable working order.
Customer service was fantastic.
Recently same excellent service in a return exchange in a watch I gave my wife for this past Christmas.
