I have made 2 purchases from them so far, and both were sent in a timely manner (even now during the pandemic!). The watches come beautifully packed and with warranty. The quality of the watches is superior for the price you are paying, and the selection of styles is awesome. They are definitely my first choice when looking for a new watch. I haven't had any issues so far that requires me to reach out to customer service, but I am sure it will be a pleasant and easy experience, as with anything else regarding Stuhrling.
