One Sale Lost I recently purchased a Tuskegee 581 Aviator via an ad I saw on Instagram. Order# 1174097. I received the watch from Stuhrling and was happy with the look and feel. The next day I noticed the watch had stopped running. When I gostled the watch it would start running again and then stop at some point once I took it off. I Called customer service and sent the watch back for what I thought would be a repair or exchange. A couple days later I get an email saying my money was refunded. No sure why I was not offered a replacement or a comparable time piece instead. I have purchased 3 Stuhrling watches over the past few years are are very satisfied with them all. I needed a watch for work and I eventually purchased a Citizen watch on Amazon.
