The worst company ever, I am a single occupier, and they have been charging me from day 1 on multi occupier tariff
they did not accept to backdate the bill
they ignored my request to come to visit the property to assess a water meter installation
they opened my account without my consent and they did not provide me with any information about the account. I am escalating my case until I get all my rights
