I have just tried to inform SevernTrent that we are moving into a new house. Managed to sort out our bill at the current address but once that was done had to go to a different department to sort out new address. Once there they couldn't help so sent to yet another department .We waited 33 minutes for someone to pick up but found out the office had closed 25 minutes when hung up and tried to call back. I see here on this site that nearly all the reviews are 1 star and I am not surprised if my experience is anything to go by.
