Me and a neighbour had our water tested ,due to a severe bitter taste ,and a moudy taste ,also a white scum on top of the water, we both received letters saying the water is fine and within standards ,it is also so hard you can't get a lather when showering or washing clothes,our tropical fish are dying without obvious reason surely a water filter would sort out this problem, they should taste the water themselves
