I ordered $260 worth of clothing and wanted to return just about everything - poor quality and badly fitting. I pushed and pushed them for information on how to return. They offered me 25% of the refund money. (Some people I see pushed them up to 44%!) I refused and sent the clothing back ($32 postage). The parcel was never opened and was returned to me. This company is a huge scam.
