It took over a month to be informed that my order was out of stock. This should have been indicated at the time of ordering. Also customer service is very poor in communication. I was offered an inconvenience discount in my initial email but somehow your customer service refused to honour it even though it was clearly stated in the email. Eventually I had to demand a refund. Waste of my time, money and everything as I needed the dress for a wedding. This site is horrible. Watch out when ordering.
