If i could rate 10 out of 10 i would .I was so happy with the first purchase...the product exceeded my expectations....and delivery was earlier than expected.. I then purchased a second product 2 weeks later . They didn't treat me like a customer or a number but i felt like a valued customer.. And they went out of there way to send me the second product before my son's birthday at no extra cost . Even thoe i left it late to order . It definately is a family owned company as a big company wouldn't go above and beyond to do that I drive Road Trains and cant recommend there service and after sale services enough.....cheers
